This cold feeling

It comes when one least expects it
It confuses the body
It covers from head to toe and makes you fell as if you been thrown in a deep dark hole, you don't see the expression of it until you look in the mirror and you see a cold smile (your frozen)
This  feeling carries tears that want to flow but they strong and frozen cause of this  feeling
This feeling has forgiveness but the hatred is frozen cause of this feeling
This feeling makes one count the days of life cause it cold
And life when it supposed to give you warthog coldness just over cover and everything turns cold ..This cold feeling...makes the future misty and the looking at the past its dark cause of the mist...you only live for the moment ..trying and fighting to keep warm yet this feeling just won't go away, are you still alive I ask ...touching you hand it's warm but your breath is cold .. My'b it's true my body lives but my  soul died along time ago...i carry so much pain, I fight endless battles I smile even when am standing on top of hot coal cause I can't feel the heat it's this cold feeling...
